Once again, the Winter Fayre will be held on Mostyn Champneys Retail Park – same location as last year: next to Curry’s & Iceland. Opposite Homebase.
The Celtic Winter Fayre is being organised and promoted by Llandudno Development Partnership with the assistance of Conwy County Borough Council, the Welsh Assembly, North Wales Regional Tourism Partnership, Llandudno Hospitality, Mostyn Estates & the Victoria Centre.
Location: large marquees and wooden cabins on Mostyn Champneys Retail Park.
Setup: Will be advised in your confirmation letter.
Trading times: 9.30am to 5.30pm (Sunday 9.30am to 4pm)
Electricity: Yes all stalls will have electricity.
Security: YES. Toilet: YES. Water - yes, but not for drinking unless boiled.
Tables: NO (BUT, we can arrange tables for you – please see booking form)
Chairs: Please bring your own Stall Size: Please see the booking form.
Cabins: These purpose built retail units are suitable for either food or crafts. Trading space is approximately 7’ 6” x 5’ and 8’ x 8’ foot in the larger cabins.

- All bookings will be treated as 'first come, first served' on receipt of correctly completed paperwork & payment.
- Full payment must be received with your booking form
- POST DATED (1.10.10) cheque payable to Llandudno Development Partnership
- Cheques will be banked at week commencing October 13th 2009

ALL persons producing or retailing any food product are required to:
- Supply copies of Food Business Registration and latest Local Authority inspection certificates/report.
- Supply copies of Health & Hygiene certificates for all staff working at the event.
- Comply with current UK & European health, hygiene and food regulations and laws.
